A privately owned caravan with three bedrooms - 1 double, 2 twin to sleep 6, there is also a sofa bed in the lounge to accommodate an extra 2 to sleep 8. Duvets and pillows are provided, bed linen can be provided by request. Two bathrooms one with shower and toilet and one with hand basin and toilet.
It has a well equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer and ample storage. The caravan has central heating and is fitted with fire and CO2 alarms and fire extinguisher. Lounge with dining area has a gas fireplace and is complete with TV/DVD/Freeview (Digital TV).

Exterior decking area with ramp to access. Car parking is to the side of the caravan with space for 2 (or possibly 3) cars.

The caravan is located 50yds from beach and shops. A children's play area is located at top of drive. Club with entertainment and heated swimming pool is a 5 minute walk away.

As this is a family owned caravan, and out of respect for non-smoking holiday makers, there is a strictly no-smoking policy inside the caravan.
