Recently Refurbished for 2012!!! New Sofa's, Fabrics, and Flooring to create a modern look!!! (Updated photo's to follow shortly) All the features of a newer style holiday home without the higher rental prices!!! Our caravan home is in a prime location on the park. Directly opposite the beach in a front row position!!
It is Double glazed and central heated throughout.
The main club house, and swimming pool complex are a 1 minute walk away. With the reception, launderette and shop also within a very short distance. The caravan offers a lovely view over Lydstep bay across to Caldey and St. Margaret's Islands. These views can be appreciated from our patio and large decked area with patio furniture, and gas barbeque.
LOUNGE: A good size lounge with front and side windows. There is a lovely view, across to Caldey island from the front window. A large Flat screen digital television, DVD player, Stereo, Play station 2 with a selection of DVDs, Games and books for both children and adults. The comfortable sofa offers plenty of seating and a pull out double bed.
DINING AREA: A Four seater round table. (A child's booster seat is available if needed).
KITCHEN: Well equipped with toaster, kettle, microwave, 4 ring gas cooker, grill and oven, iron, pull out ironing board, fridge/freezer, cooking utensils, crockery etc.
MAIN BEDROOM: Comfortable double bed with added Mattress topper to ensure you get a good night's sleep on your holiday. Great for people who suffer with Back problems. There is side and overbed storage as well as a mirrored triple wardrobe. This bedroom also has a TV with a digital box installed. The main bedroom also has an en-suite W.C, with sink.
BEDROOM 2: Twin beds with overhead storage. As well as a wardrobe with drawers. These beds can be pushed together to provide a further double if needed. A TV with digital channels is also located in this bedroom. A portable DVD player is also available for use in this bedroom or elsewhere. We can also provide a child's bed guard and travel cot (please request at time of booking)
