A privately owned luxury Pemberton Knightsbridge caravan (Platinum), with 3 bedrooms - 1 double with en-suite, 2 twin bedrooms (beds can be moved to make extra doubles) and a sofa bed in lounge area to accomodate an extra 2 - sleeping 8 in total. Duvets and pillows are supplied but please bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels.
Caravan has 2 bathrooms - 1 full size bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and wash basin. The second is an en-suite shower room with toilet and hand basin.
The modern kitchen with island is fully equipped with 5-ring gas hob, oven, grill, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer, dish washer and washing machine and ample storage. Dining table to sit 6.
The caravan is fully central heated and fitted with an electric fire plus fire alarms and Co2 detectors.
Lounge area has 3pc suite,TV/DVD/Freeview(digital TV).

EXTERIOR: Large decked area ( extended 2011) with ramp access, fully equipped with table & chairs, hammock, gas bbq and childrens slide and toys. Car parking bay.
LOCATION: Ideally situated next to a large children's adventure park and picnic area. Just 100 yards from shop/office/laundrette and less than a 5 minutes walk from club house and all facilities. Beach is in eyes view, just 50 yards away.
SITE FACILITIES: Heated indoor pool which also offers different activities for children and adults, details avalable from reception. Modern Clubhouse with bar and restaurant offering children entertainment and excellent evening entertainment, amusement arcade, decked seating area, with children's playground and patio heaters. Funstart passes may be purchased at reception.
Boat and jet-ski launching is available subject to providing insurance and RYA, separate fees payable. New water sports activites (jet ski, banana boat, power boat cruises) now available.
We do not allow smoking inside our holiday home, this is for the comfort of our family and further holidaymakers.
Prices from £400 to £900 per week, Monday-Friday and weekend offers also availble. A fully refundable security bond of £100.00 is required at time of booking and 20% deposit. Full fees payable 14 days before stay or at time of booking if booked earlier than 14 days before.
