The Caravan is a 12ft wide model and is very comfy and we have added the following extra's, Kingsize Double Bed in the master bedroom,electric Shower, Full size cooker, Microwave,Toaster,TV and DVD, Iron and Ironing Board, Hair Drier, Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarms Fitted, Wi-Fi Connection, Storage Heater for the Autumn and Early Spring Nights, A full length veranda with patio overlooking a Lush Green wetland area
There is enough crockery and cutlery for 6 people, plus all of the usual utensils pans glasses etc.
All Bed Linen, Pillows and Quilts supplied, all you need are your Towels.
Our very competative rental charges are fully inclusive of Gas and Electricity usage, Charges for November 2010 are JUST £150 per week, Sat 2pm to the following Sat 10am, Charge is for up to 4 people plus £20 per extra person up to the max of 6. We are 2 miles outside of St Austell, home of the Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan, and central to most of the best coastal resorts in Cornwall.
Costs from £150 to £400 per week, Dogs charged at £30 per week extra per Dog, Max 2 Dogs.
There will be a 10% booking fee to be paid within 7days of booking, balance must be paid at least 4 weeks before arrival.
There will be a £50 refundable Cash Deposit on arrival.
