Privately owned luxury prestige BK Bluebird Caprice 3 bedroom 6 berth caravan within close proximity to the beach and shops.

This caravan has many extras for you to enjoy on your holiday, including double glazing and central heating and its own parking bay.

The lounge has L shaped seating with an electric flame effect fire and has patio doors leading on to a small veranda.

It also includes a 26” flat screen digital TV. Sky Freesat is also installed A DVD player with a selection of films plus a selection of board games.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped containing a gas cooker with extractor, microwave, toaster and full size fridge and separate freezer. All kitchen utensils are also included.

The dining room contains a table and four chairs and there is also a midi hi-fi with IPOD dock to enable you to listen to your CD’s.

The master bedroom has wardrobe space with fitted cupboards above the bed. It also boasts an en-suite toilet. The other two bedrooms contain single beds which can be pushed together to make double beds, as well as having wardrobes and over bed storage.
The bathroom has a spacious double shower cubicle with glass sliding doors and a thermostatic shower. It also has plenty of storage.

The exterior of the caravan has a veranda with chairs and also a picnic bench at the side of the caravan on a separate patio area.

Duvets and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own linen including your own towels, tea towels etc.

Gas and electricity are included in the price.

You can occupy the caravan any time after 2.00 pm on your day of arrival and must vacate the caravan by 10.00 am on your day of departure. This will enable us to allow the cleaners in before the next guests arrive.

Please note that the park rules state that we are only to hire our caravan to families and mature couples.
